Privacy at a glance
Plain language, app by app.
SiteSign Off is a local-first job, quote, proof, signature, and report tool. It can process sensitive business, customer, site, photo, signature, price, and workgroup information. Optional Job Sync and sharing use Apple CloudKit; exports and full backups leave the app at destinations you choose. The reviewed app contains no advertising, third-party analytics, cross-app tracking, or subscription. Brent Gaddis provides SiteSign Off. It is a business/general-audience app and is not directed to children under 13. Privacy questions can be sent through the site form or to support@brentgaddis.com.

FAQ
Common questions
What does SiteSign Off document—and what does it not prove?
SiteSign Off records the job, quote, photo, checklist, signature, status, price, and report information people enter. Signatures, timestamps, checksums, and archived PDFs do not authenticate a signer's identity, guarantee legal enforceability, prove code, permit, safety, inspection, tax, or contract compliance, or replace a signed contract or professional legal advice. Confirm requirements with the customer, authority, insurer, accountant, or attorney as appropriate.
What syncs through iCloud?
Optional Job Sync can upload the company profile and jobs, including customer/site details, photos, signatures, and change orders, to the user's private CloudKit database. Quotes, templates, the price book, report defaults, and archived signed PDFs are not included in Job Sync in the reviewed version. Turning sync off stops future syncing but does not erase existing CloudKit records. Keep the app open and online until a requested sync or deletion finishes.
How do workgroups and shared jobs work?
A workgroup uses Apple's CloudKit sharing. The owner chooses jobs and invited participants can receive the selected job, customer, photo, signature, and change-order content. Share only with authorized people. Before deleting the app or ending access, use the Apple sharing sheet to remove participants or stop sharing, delete the relevant records while online, and verify on the other devices. Recipient copies, screenshots, exported files, and previously shared records may remain.
Are exported jobs and backups encrypted?
No app-level encryption is promised for exports. PDF reports, quote PDFs, editable .sitesignoffjob packages, and full .sitesignoffbackup files can contain sensitive business, customer, photo, signature, price, and archived-report data. The full backup uses an integrity checksum and operating-system file protection when created, but its JSON contents are not encrypted. Protect the destination, verify recipients, and delete copies separately. A full restore replaces personal local data and does not replace shared workgroup data in iCloud.
How do I delete SiteSign Off data?
Delete jobs, quotes, photos, and other records with the app's available controls and let deletions sync while online. Turning off Job Sync or uninstalling is not a promise that private or shared CloudKit records are erased. Remove workgroup participants or stop sharing first, delete synced records, verify the result, then delete the app if desired. Exported files and recipient copies remain. Because the reviewed version has no single Clear All Cloud Data control, contact privacy support for an unresolved cloud-erasure request.
Who handles App Store billing or refund requests?
The reviewed version has no subscription or in-app purchase. Apple processes the App Store purchase and eligible refund requests and does not provide SiteSign Off with your full payment-card details. Use Apple's Report a Problem service or Apple Support for billing; contact SiteSign Off support for app behavior.
