Overview
RV Fuel Pro stores manually entered vehicle and fuel records locally and can optionally sync a private snapshot and receipt assets through CloudKit. It does not request device location. RV Fuel Pro is a general-audience app and is not directed to children. Brent Gaddis provides RV Fuel Pro and is the data controller for the app information described here. Local records, Apple identity, and private CloudKit
RV Fuel stores manually entered RV/fuel profiles, fill-ups, station text, odometer, gallons, price, total, notes, trips, estimates, and settings locally in JSON/UserDefaults without separate app-level encryption. It does not request device location. Optional Sign in with Apple stores Apple’s identifier and optional name or relay email locally. Optional sync stores ordinary fields, a snapshot payload, and any legacy receipt asset in the user’s private CloudKit database; this is protected by Apple’s service controls but is not described as app-level end-to-end encryption. No developer server, ads, analytics, tracking, notifications, reminders, biometric lock, or current receipt-import UI was found in the reviewed build.
Local storage, Apple identity, and CloudKit
Records and receipt files are stored locally. If enabled, RV Fuel can store a private app-data snapshot and assets in your private CloudKit database. Optional Sign in with Apple can provide an Apple user identifier and, when Apple supplies them, a name or relay email stored locally. Apple processes identity, CloudKit, and App Store services under its terms.
Permissions and exports
Notifications support reminders, and device authentication can protect access where enabled. Receipt import uses the photo or file choices you make. PDF reports are generated only when requested and can contain travel and financial information; review the destination and recipients before sharing.
Deletion, estimates, and exports
Use Settings > Account Management > Delete Account & Data > Continue, type DELETE, and choose Permanently Delete while the app stays open. The flow deletes the active CloudKit generation, writes limited deletion/generation state to prevent stale resurrection, then clears local records, legacy receipts, temporary PDF, account, and sync state; other devices clear after reconnecting. Sign Out or uninstalling alone is not cloud deletion, and Sign in with Apple authorization must be revoked separately. PDF copies remain at their destinations. MPG, cost, and range values are informational estimates based on manual inputs and are not safety, mechanical, financial, or travel guarantees.
Website, support, privacy requests, children, and policy changes
RV Fuel Pro’s app-data practices are described above and are separate from its pages on brentgaddis.com. Those pages use first-party aggregate analytics operated through Cloudflare. The site counts page views and allowlisted actions and keeps coarse source, country, device, browser, operating-system, engagement, performance, and reliability totals. It does not store raw analytics events, visitor or session identities, raw or hashed IP addresses, cookie or local-storage visitor IDs, full user agents, full referrers or URLs, form contents, arbitrary text, or a person’s raw click history. Country and source cells below five are suppressed, and aggregates are retained for up to 24 months. Cloudflare still processes request and network metadata to deliver and protect the site. If you contact support, the website, Cloudflare Turnstile, Cloudflare’s delivery services, and the email provider process the app selection, request type, reply email, subject, message, security signals, and delivery metadata you submit. Form contents are delivered to Brent’s monitored mailbox and are not written to website analytics or a website message database. Support email is retained only as reasonably needed to respond, maintain security and support records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations, then deleted or de-identified when no longer needed. Do not submit passwords, recovery keys, government identifiers, payment-card data, or unrelated sensitive content. The website does not use cross-site behavioral advertising or sell or share personal information for that purpose, so browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals do not change its behavior. RV Fuel Pro is offered to a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. If Brent learns that a child supplied personal information through a developer-controlled channel without required consent, he will take reasonable steps to delete it. Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide access, correction, deletion, or appeal rights; use the privacy-request form or email support@brentgaddis.com. Identity may be verified, and requests will be handled as applicable law requires. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date, with additional notice or consent when required.
