Trip and business information
RouteMint can store trip dates, manually entered start and end text, purpose, notes, miles, rate, amount, category, client and project, status, vehicles, odometer values, reimbursement settings, and related preferences. It does not use GPS or request continuous or precise device location. PDF and CSV exports contain the records you choose.
Local storage, Apple identity, and iCloud
Trip data is stored in a local JSON data set. Optional Sign in with Apple can provide an Apple user identifier and, when Apple supplies them, a name or relay email stored locally. If you enable iCloud sync, RouteMint can place its full app-data snapshot in Apple's iCloud key-value service. Apple processes identity, iCloud, and App Store services under its terms.
Local AI-style summaries
RouteMint's current AI-style summaries are generated locally and trip text is not sent to an external AI provider. If an external AI service is added later, this policy, the related consent flow, and App Store disclosures will be updated before use.
Retention, deletion, and export
Records remain locally and, when enabled, in the iCloud snapshot until you delete them or use the app's data-deletion controls. Those controls remove local and iCloud app data, although Apple synchronization and deletion can take time. PDF and CSV files already exported remain wherever you saved or shared them and must be removed separately.
Website analytics
RouteMint's page on brentgaddis.com uses first-party, aggregate website analytics operated through Cloudflare. The site counts page views and allowlisted actions such as opening an App Store, support, or privacy link; it also keeps coarse source, country, device, browser, operating-system, engagement, performance, and reliability totals. It does not store raw event rows, visitor or session identities, IP or hashed-IP identifiers, cookie or local-storage visitor IDs, full user agents, full referrers or URLs, form contents, arbitrary text, or a person's raw click history. Country and source cells below five are suppressed, and aggregates are retained for up to 24 months. Cloudflare still processes request and network metadata as necessary to deliver and protect the site. These website measurements are separate from the app.
