RV Level Pro support
How can I help?
Brent Gaddis provides support for RV Level Pro through the monitored gaddisapps@icloud.com address. RV Level Pro support covers motion permission, calibration, device placement, rig tolerances, optional Bluetooth sensor use, local-network display pairing, voice and haptic feedback, and compatibility. Email gaddisapps@icloud.com with the app/OS version, device model, mounting orientation, and a redacted screenshot.
Common questions
Why is the pitch or roll reading inaccurate?
Place the device on a stable, repeatable surface in the intended orientation, allow motion access, and calibrate only when the rig is at the reference level you want. A case, mount flex, vibration, temperature, or moving surface can affect readings. Recalibrate after changing placement.
Why will a sensor or second display not pair?
Confirm Bluetooth permission and compatibility for an optional sensor. For a nearby display, allow Local Network access, keep both devices open, and use a compatible connection. Pairing sends level readings and device information locally; range and system background limits can interrupt it.
Can RV Level replace physical safety checks?
No. Readings are aids, not a structural or safety guarantee. Follow the RV and equipment manufacturers' instructions, use appropriate chocks, brakes, jacks, and stabilizers, keep people clear of movement, and physically verify the setup before occupancy or operation.
