About RV Level Pro

RV leveling

RV Level Pro helps RV owners level their rig using the iPhone’s built-in motion sensors. Set the phone on a stable surface, calibrate for your phone and case, and read large front/back and side-to-side degree values from several feet away. The app gives simple guidance like Raise Front, Lower Front, Raise Left Side, and Raise Right Side. When both readings are inside your selected tolerance, the whole screen turns green so you know you’re done. Optional voice guidance and iPad Display Mode make it easier to work outside while using an iPad as a large remote display. No Bluetooth leveling hardware, login, cloud account, or internet connection is required.

Common questions

Why is the pitch or roll reading inaccurate?

Place the device steadily on a repeatable surface in the intended orientation and calibrate only when the rig is at the reference level you choose. Device-motion readings are automatic in the current build; there is no separate motion permission prompt. A case, mount flex, vibration, temperature, moving surface, sensor limits, or device orientation can affect the result. Use Settings > Calibration > Reset Zero after changing placement.

Why will a sensor or second display not pair?

The Bluetooth option supports only the compatible custom sensor protocol documented by RV Level Pro, not arbitrary leveling sensors. Turn on Bluetooth and allow access if prompted. For a nearby display, enable Local Network, keep both apps open, use compatible versions on the same nearby network/connectivity, and reconnect after background or system interruption.

Can RV Level replace physical safety checks?

No. Readings are aids, not a structural or safety guarantee. Follow the RV and equipment manufacturers' instructions, use appropriate chocks, brakes, jacks, and stabilizers, keep people clear of movement, and physically verify the setup before occupancy or operation.

Who handles App Store billing or refund requests?

Apple processes App Store purchases and eligible refund requests and does not provide RV Level Pro with your full payment-card details. Use Apple’s Report a Problem service or Apple Support for a billing or refund request. Contact RV Level Pro support for an app-function problem.
